I visit Vinberid for the truffles every time I’m in Reykjavik. I have not found any like them in all my travels, you must try them. I promise you wont be disappointed, but I can guarantee you’ll be hooked.

This is a candy shop! It has the best chocolates and classic Icelandic candy too! Old fashion and pretty! One of the oldest shops in Reykjavík

Yup, this place is a straight up candy shop. Icelandic, mainland European, and American options can all be found here. Big variety, but they come at a price. If you are patient, you can find most of the things in this store at other markets for cheaper.

If you like chocolate or sweets, do not pass this place. For the Scandi's they also have salted liquorice!

A great little chocolate shop on the outskirts of the crazy souvenir shopping area. The large Easter eggs are great and they have an amazing selection of chocolate bars and truffles.
