Obsługa klienta jest super!
Pan Karol jest bardzo pomocny, nawet mógłby śmiało robić za przewodnika.
Auto wynajęliśmy na 4 doby z opcja spania, grzania nocnego oraz pościelą. Sprawdziło się w 100% bez żadnych usterek.
Samochód był czysty i zadbany, materac mega wygodny, a pościel czysta i pachnąca świeżym praniem.

I was very satisfied with renting a car from Nordic Car Rental.
I had free transportation from the airport to their office, and both the staff and the car were excellent.
My 14-day trip around Iceland was amazing — they guided us through everything and explained all the details.
I highly recommend them and want to thank Nordic Car Rental for everything.
I hope to visit them again next year!

At first, we were a bit nervous because of some very negative reviews. The car we got was old (almost 300,000 km) and its condition was not great. However, our experience turned out fine – nothing broke down and both pick-up and drop-off were very quick and without any issues.

That being said, renting such old cars, even though they are cheaper is risky. If nothing happens, it’s all good, but in case of a problem it can become way more expensive than renting a newer, pricier car.

I recommend carefully taking photos and videos of the car at pick-up, and being present at drop-off to avoid disputes (as mentioned in several reviews). Also make sure that all noticed issues are clearly recorded or noted in the rental protocol. In our case, the protocol stated the car was in “good condition,” which was not accurate.

We booked via Carrenters, and I believe Carrenters guarantees that the booking is clean with no hidden charges. For example, the airport transfer (both ways) was completely free.

Overall: renting here is cheaper, but it definitely comes with some risks.

We have been in Iceland for 15 days. When I read the reviews of the company I was quite scared because I read bad reviews. I have to say, it has been one of the best company I have ever rented. I have been in touch with them since March, they always answered all my doubts. When we get to take the car they were very kind. Absolutely recommendable. I hope you enjoy your next trip if you are planning to book with Nordic rent car.

Karol was really helpful and the check in process to collect our car was really quick and he providedus with all the information. The have a large range of cars and free coffee and tea in the lounge. Only small problem the drive to collect the car is abit far out but really friendly service.

I usually do not write reviews… and even if I do they are positive. But this experience was so upsetting to me I believe the whole NTG company may be a scam. We were doing our check out and we were one of three groups doing this. Every group was charged an extra 3,500 dollars for something crazy. We were asked to take pictures of around the car and inside the car. Our personal experience was they are charging us for a damage to a part of the car that we were not even asked to take a picture of. They said we had wind damage to our door (even though we surprisingly experienced no heavy winds on our trip and were extra cautious regardless).

This car had 300,000 miles on it, the stereo would turn on and off every 5 min, the charger port fell into the interior of the car and we could not get it out.

On our 4th day we were broken down on the side of the road with every possible warning light that could be on flashing. After being on the phone with a representative for 5 min she said she would either talk to me through whatsapp or email. So she sent me an email which ensued a 4 hour wait for help in the middle of nowhere in Iceland. She eventually sent our broken car down this crazy dirt road that sent the car flying. They sent us to a repair shop where we had to wait another hour for the car to be looked at. They told us we were okay to drive but they said the car was in such disrepair just from being so old and used they were surprised it was a rental.

We missed an entire day of our trip and when we reached out to them about getting a new car because we were scared to drive they did not answer us.

The check in process was amazing and everyone was so sweet… but during checkout it was hostile. Every group around us was remaining quite calm given the circumstances but the customer representatives where being so rude telling people “who is the boss right now? Me” and telling people that they are “crazy or stupid” it was very upsetting.

It is a shame to think people save up so much money to Iceland and this company is scamming there poor people out of THOUSANDS more dollars 🙁

La peor experiencia de mi vida, y no exagero. Nunca me he sentido tan estafada ni me han tratado tan mal en mi vida. Nos vendieron unas fotos maravillosas de una caravana nueva y nos entregaron una destartalada que se caía a trozos alegando que solo tenían otras dos en ese momento y las demás estaban peor…
Sabían que no teníamos alternativa porque acabábamos de llegar al país … gracias a esta empresa, tenemos los peores recuerdos de Islandia porque nuestro alojamiento era esa maldita caravana que nos dieron…
Hemos viajado por medio mundo y nunca hemos tenido una mala experiencia excepto con esta gentuza. Estáis advertidos, queridos viajeros. Cuidado

Trop bonne expérience avec Nordic car rental. Le check in et le check out de sont bien passés pour notre part. Le lit était hyper confortable et l’équipement de cuisine très complet. On recommande 🙂
