Das Hotel liegt an einer Schnellstraße, dementsprechend laut ist es. Leider sind die Fenster nicht gut isoliert oder schallgedämmt. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber geräumig, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis- Leistung ok.

This hotel is located a little out of city center between Keflavik and Reykjavik. It was a comfortable hotel with good beds. We stayed here our first and last night. Comfortable price point and free parking. Dining options are available at an additional fee. They do require a cc hold for incidentals upon check in.

The room we went in was very old and outdated the bathroom shower and sink water smelt like rotten eggs the only good things I could say about the rooms were the beds were comfortable and the view was ok. Service was amazing everybody was very nice to us however the buffet was very limited. That caused us to try walk somewhere however the area we were in had an average amount of places to eat but most things were closed most of the time. I Wouldn’t recommend going here its expensive for what it is

This hotel is nice and comfy! My brother, dad, and I stayed in a triple room which was pretty small but still good for us because we didn't spend much time there. |Very small bathroom in the room.|Breakfast is pretty good, but they serve the same thing every day.|Not far from popular areas which was so helpful.|The hotel does not have any extra things like a fitness center, but it was good for what we needed.

I'd like to premise this by saying I don't like writing bad reviews, and don't want this one to come across as terrible. More "needs work".

On the outside it looks like a fairly upmarket hotel, all the common areas are and stairwells are very nicely decorated and look very upmarket.

However that doesn't extend into the halls to the rooms or the rooms themselves.

The two single rooms I've stayed in have been very dated, small and needing some tlc. Carpets are fairly worn, and stained in places, with very dated styling. Maybe late 90's early 2000's?

The wallpaper needs redone as is peeling in places, and the tiling in the bathroom isn't the best. There's a small gap and line marks where the flush is for the toilet. The shower needs a good clean or re-pointed as it's pretty grotty between tiles and in the corners. The shower curtain in this room has been repaired with duct tape and a cable tie which looks terrible.

I often stay in hotels as part of my work, this one isn't as good as many of the other 3 stars I've been in.

Location wise it's right on the motorway, so isn't the quietest. But that doesn't really bother me. 30-45 mins from the airport, a few restaurants about so not the worst overall. Just not great.

The staff are lovely and have been nothing but professional and very helpful. 10/10 for the staff!

Beds are comfy and clean, has smart tv's in the rooms which is great. Not an all bad hotel, just needs some tlc.

Overall, for the price, I wouldn't choose to stay here again in one of the single rooms. Have stayed twice, both single rooms, both haven't been great with issues like above. Would consider trying one of the bigger rooms due to the other reviews I've seen, or if it gets a small renovation.

Leider kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen, so dass es sich anfühlt als wäre man in der Sauna. Der kleine Ventilator schafft es leider auch nicht etwas mehr Frische ins Zimmer zu bringen.

Nettes Hotel am Rand von Reykjavik, in der Nähe einer Shopping Mall.
Die Zimmer sind nicht allzu groß aber okay, man kann aber nicht die Fenster öffnen und dadurch wird es innen durch die Sonne (wir waren im Juni hier) sehr warm.
Das Frühstück war okay, aber für privat Reisende ist es ungeeignet, da es ständig von Reisegruppen gebucht wird. Die waren sehr laut und hektisch.

Hotel liegt an einer vielbefahrenen, lauten Hauptverkehrsstrasse, sehr abseits vom Zentrum.Zimmer sind sehr altbacken eingerichtet und abgewohnt, man kann keine Fenster öffnen, es gibt nur ganz schmale lamellenartige Lüftungsschlitze oben an den Fenstern, die man mit einer Stange etwas regulieren kann, sofern diese funktioniert. Die kleine Dusche hat einen Vorhang, der stândig am Körper klebte, das Zimmer wurde so gut wie nie geputzt, nur Handtücher gewechselt und Papierkörbe geleert und es gab weder Kühlschrank, noch Safe. Fernseher funktionierte erst nach fünf Tagen und hatte nur ZDF als deutschsprachigen Sender. Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig, jeden Tag die gleichen zwei Sorten Wurst, Käse,Marmelade und hart gekochte Eier, eine Sorte Weißbrot oder Croissants und etwas Müsli. Zum Abendessen gab es ungewürzte, nur dampfgegarte Gerichte und Gemüse aus der TK. Alkoholische Getränke selbst Wein( über 40€/0,75l) und Bier waren unverschämt überteuert. War schon sehr enttäuschend.
