This place is more of a hostel. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a room with more beds. We didn't really need this but it was nice (no charge). The room was clean but there was only one bathroom per floor for women and one for men (I had to go upstairs once or twice). Blackout curtains were great and the room was so warm we left the window open. There were plenty of outlets too and free wifi with a password they provide. We left some items after checkout and the staff alerted us to this, which was very kind. I was also surprised they made the beds each day.||Breakfast was surprisingly good. Not a huge selection, but still had just about anything one could want- 3 cereals, two kinds of break (plus rolls and crackers), three different jams, peanut butter, chocolate spread, fresh fruit (for us it was oranges and melons), juice, milk, water, coffee and hot chocolate. There was also a selection of deli meat and cheese, cucumbers, and tomatoes. ||We were an 18 minute walk to Perlan (which we did), but far from busses or anything else really. It would have helped to have a car but we didn't for this part of our trip (my mistake). Luckily, there's a bus from Perlan to the harbor with our entrance ticket (sadly it only comes once per hour), but for us it was a $30 taxi back.

Nothing worse than a dorm room. I got to the hostel very very early in the morning (around 5am) and the staff in the kitchen let me sit in the restaurant and wait until i could check in at 2pm. I decided to go for a walk around 9am and the young lady behind the counter put my bag with her and watched it while i did that. they ended up being able to check me in around 10am. Was quite dirty when I arrived on the weekend but when everyone returned to work on Monday everything got cleaned and it was nice. everyone was friendly and the beds were comfortable enough. They provide blankets and pillows. Do not provide towels. There is a hair dryer in the women's bathroom. Showers and toilets are pretty clean and run well. Wifi worked very well while i was there. Met some really cool people i still keep in touch with. Did not try breakfast but have only heard good things (it looked great too). The location is a close walk to a little beach type area, very nice to visit and spend some quiet time if travelling alone. Overall a great experience and all of my tours were able to pickup at that location.

As a whole this hotel was not bad, however, we were not impressed with the bedroom, although clean and warm, with basic features, the so called double bed was not double, it was more like single and a half, not big enough for two people, and also a shared toilet is not a good idea for more mature people.||Breakfast was basic but plentiful, and the coffee was just brown water. ||||Due to young people staying here, some nights can get noisy and the staff had no control over them, traffic noise was also an issue as it's 50 meters away from a dual carriageway. ||||The building is a bit taky. Could do with some modernisation. As a whole, it is an OK place for 1-2 nights

The hostel was pretty nice, the staff was helpful but not friendly at all. The kitchen was good, bathrooms clean. The only bad thing is that the beds are so extremely noisy, every time someone change slepping position 'even carefully', all the people inside the room note it.

Breakfast is normal, but, it is better to buy something in bonus and cook it.

The place is clean and a maybe a little run down. It could use some freshening up. Carpet in the hall ways were a little dirty. Beds are comfy and appeared to be very clean. I am a weirdo about hotel rooms, but also cheap. ?Breakfast was pretty good, they have scrambled eggs(the kind that come either powdered or in a carton), cheese, salami, cereal baked goods, veggies, milk, coffee and juice. There were two restrooms with showers. Restrooms were clean but I would still prefer to wear flip flops in the room and in the restroom/shower(since it is shared). Overall, I would stay here again.

I was there a few years ago. It was very clean, and the people were friendly. They had a good breakfast, and you buy a good dinner too. It was close enough to everything to make it a good base.

For what it is, it's fine i guess. The room and the shower was clean, the rest not so much. The tables sticky, the floor old and thus not very appealing. Take care of your food! Ours was stolen from the fridge by other tourists. Not really a fault of the motel but still very uncool.
If you are a light sleeper, the you shouldn't stay here! The road is very noisy. Not a problem for me but something to consider.

Spent night in shared dormitory, price is very good compared to other hotels, it could use more plugs in the bedrooms, but there are plenty in the kitchen/living room. Also there is only 2 bathrooms for whole shared dormitory, (3 stalls for women) which in the morning can get pretty busy. Far from center, there is one bus (n.°18) situated like 5 minutes from hotel, which takes you to the center.
It says on their page that they rent bikes for their guests, but they DO NOT rent bikes at all!!!
Receptionist were nice and kind.
Overall pretty good for the price.
