Really easy, quick way to store luggage. Staff in store were friendly and helpful. This was the second time using this location and would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Would use again.

Easy to book online and change times if required. The chaps at Reykjavik Headshop were absolutely fantastic, thanks guys! This is a great way to store your luggage at a very reasonable price and very safe. We highly recommend using this option if you are moving between accommodations and have to wait before you next check in. Highly recommended and we will use this again.

Staff were really kind, they even helped us call a cab. Don’t recommend taking the stairs up from Laugavegur (as Google maps sent us) but come from Grettisgata (no stairs!)

The process of booking online was easy and it was great not to have to lug our suitcases about with us on our last day. Our accommodation couldn't keep them for us after checkout at 11 am and our flight wasn't until 18.45.
The staff were all really lovely, very kind, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful.
The only reason that I did not give 5 stars, is because of the positioning of the store entrance. The store is above another store on the main road. The entrance to it from the main street was up a relatively narrow alleyway with several steep flights of steps, with a narrow slope next to each flight. The steps and the slopes were all covered in several inches of snow and ice. Our suitcases were heavy and awkward and we were also carrying hand luggage, so reaching the store up the steps was quite hard work.
After we had dropped our bags off, we realised that there was a different back route that we could have used if we had known the area, which did not have any any steps. Perhaps this could be detailed on the directions/website.

Used the service for the first time in Reykjavík saved about £30 compared to using lockers at the bus station. Staff were really friendly at the drop-off spot. Will be using you again soon.

Really good service and cheap to use. Just off the Main Street, you’ll see there are a few stairs with luggage ramps to get to the entrance at the back of the building. Impressed

This location is very convenient. It's near Harpa, rainbow street and the big church. The lady was very nice.
