Hjólið mitt er rusl og ég er búinn að eiga það í 2 ár og það virkaði í dag eða viku og ég er búinn að fara með það á nokkra staði sem hjálpa að laga það og ekkert virkar (ég á ekki heima á Suðurgötu 17 lengur) og öll 5 stjörnurnar
Dótið er hepið það er one í a million að fá gott hjól

The staff at Kría have been fantastic mentors in my search for the perfect bike. From helping me figure out what type of bike suits, to spotting my posture when riding them, to giving advice on all the extra parts and being super flexible in repairing the bike I ended up buying - I could not possibly recommend them any higher. Went to Kria for some clipless shoes and pedals mid ride, they didn't mind my hair was a mess from being stuck in a helmet and provided me exceptional friendly service!

I had a recent bad experience with this store. I wanted to buy a bike for my daughter and had a very specific bike in mind that I had found on their website. The website indicated that this bike was in stock. Some other bikes were indicated that they were not in stock. When I came to the store the specific bike that I wanted was not available. My daughter was of course disapointed but after the clerk checked the invetory in the back then she settled on that another color would be okay. We said yes to the alternative option and asked them to assemble the bike for us to take with us. A few minutes later the young clerk appears back and says that he actually does not have any of the bikes in question in the store as he had missread the labels when first checking the inventory. The dissapointment at this point was unsurmountable and we left.

Since then the website has been updated and the bikes in question are now all marked out of stock. It´s very sad that in our lords year of 2024 that this is a manual process.

The other places quoted around 10.000+ kr. and a few days waiting time for a small repair I had to have done. Kría did it in 15 minutes for 2.500 kr. Fantastic place.
