It is decent transport from Reykjavik to Keflavik Airport. Much lower rate than any other. The schedule departure time is much comfortable, leave the terminal every hour and not overcrowded. Early in the morning a mini bus pick-up the passenger in front of the building and transfer it to the bigger bus.
They have ample of parking space.
The Reykjavik Terminal is quite comfortable. You can have a cup of coffee in the vending machine just in the corner.
Good to use the transfort service especially for a group. You have plenty of space. You can try it on and see it for yourself.

Estuve esperando su bus en el horario indicado y lugar acordado por ticket (7am del 2/3), llegue 6,35 y un empleado me dijo que espere que iba a llegar, para mi sorpresa el bus nunca llego. A las 7 cambiaron personal y me dijeron que por la mañana no pasaba y debia coger el de la otra empresa en la otra terminal, llamaron a un taxi para que llegue a tiempo al bus de la otra compañia, lo cual no fue posible y tuve que ir en ese mismo taxi al aeropuerto. Desde el 2 de marzo estoy reclamando el reembolso de los 200 euros que gaste, siguen sin responder. Dicen en el ticket que estan abiertos 24 hs y no es cierto. Sigo esperando la respuesta de mi email y el reembolso. Ni siquiera los empleados saben que no pasa el bus, es una verguenza.

由酒店出發到機場的車票,在寒風凜凜的冰島下,等了45分鐘的接駁巴士,巴士沒有來,也沒有任何通知。差點航班也趕不上!請不要用這間公司前往機場

If there is an option for zero star, I would.
This company takes no responsibility over their internal mistake that resulted in hotel pick up being a different address to hotel drop off. As such, my family was stranded out cold in the morning with no local number to seek assistance as foreign travellers. Upon email contact to seek resolution at 6am having waited for the pickup bus since 5.20am (the estimated pickup time was for 5.30am to 6am), the company provided no concern nor feasible solution, saying the bus had left the wrong pickup point (the bus driver did not even check for us) and we can wait for the next pickup one hour later. This meant we will miss our flight and hence is no solution and my family had to find a taxi last minute early morning.
After another contact, the company provided partial refund for the return trip not delivered. Why are we as consumers expected to take over the responsibility over the company's failure of delivery resulting from their internal mistake? All I expect now is to at least claim to the cost of taxi but there were no further replies from the company. They merely brush you off and ignore you.
This company preys on the next ignorant consumer, wanting to receive full payment for return trip and you have to bet your luck on their service delivery, especially the return trip. On this, I share the same emotions as the group who shared their disappointment in this channel.
They take no accountability and make half hearted attempts for service recovery, letting the consumers bear the brunt of the consequences of their internal errors.

I stood outside waiting from 6:50-7:10 for a 7am pickup time, and when a bus without the airport direct logo showed up, I assumed that was not my bus, but walked up to check with the driver anyways and as I was approaching the door (with all my luggage) they drove off. In communication with the company for a refund since I had to take a taxi to the airport, and they said that it was my bus. Be aware that the busses you are looking for may not have an airport direct logo like you are told to look for, and expect the drivers to drive away within 50 seconds, not giving you adequate time to walk up to them.

My frustration does not lie within not receiving my refund, I understand that despite the bus not being marked properly, that I did miss it. My frustration is with the fact that we are only told to look for an airport direct bus, and not for any of the other logos. I hope you properly update your information to tell customers this. Additionally, it may be best to train bus drivers to wait longer than 50 seconds per stop, especially if someone with luggage is walking up to their bus door.

Первый раз покупала билет онлайн через посредника. В билете написано " ищите оранжевый автобус". Оранжевого автобуса небыло и я всех спрашивала, где такие автобусы останавливаются, никто не знает. В итоге водитель белого вэавтобуса с логотипом "Airport Direct" сказал что я могу ехать с ним. Зачем тогда путать людей с цветом? Сказали бы ищите логотип, было бы понятнее. Автобус в итоге так никуда и не поехал, так как там же в аэрорту и сломался. Обратный билет бронировала непосредственно на автовокзале. Как и следовало ожидать, автобус опять белый, оранжевых в автопарке нет вообще. Водитель везущий пассажиров 26.12.24 в 3 p.m. был груб, сказал пересесть на другое место, при том что то место, где я села было свободное. А он занял своей курткой и рюкзаком 4 (!) ПАССАЖИРСКИХ сидения! Водитель, у которого свое водителькое место и складное место гида рядом. НЕ СОВЕТУЮ ДАННУЮ КОМПАНИЮ.

Booked an airport to hotel drop off since our flight got in very early am this week. We found the bus no issue. Our issue was with the rude and completely unprofessional driver. To start he never greeted us but barked out at us for our tickets. Then he started arguing with me about where we were to be dropped off. I told him Hilton Canopy; city center and showed him the address on my phone. He dropped a couple other people off. Then pulled into Hilton hotel. He told us to get off. I told him this was not our hotel. I showed him again our ticket and the address of the hotel we had booked. Telling him this wasn’t our hotel. If we would have gotten off the bus we would have been stranded at 1am at this other hotel. After several minutes of arguing with me about it and making us feel like we were doing him a favor by asking him to do his job. He continued onto our real hotel. I don’t think he wanted to drive into the city center clearly he was pissed that he was working. This was our first impression of Iceland people and let me tell you it was a real turn off. You need to train and pick your customer facing people better. This person clearly should not be working with the public. What a horrible experience!!!
