Locale sporco e con un forte odore di cucina...
Inoltre, sono stati scorretti cancellandoci la prenotazione due mesi prima del nostro arrivo perché, avendo prenotato con largo anticipo, il prezzo della stanza era notevolmente più basso rispetto a quelli di alta stagione.
Uniche cose positive: l'host è stato gentile e ci ha aspettato fino alle 23 e le docce e i bagni erano passabili.

Gentilissimo l'host è arrivato prima dell'orario del checkin. Camera grande con grande lavabo in camera. Grande cucina. Purtroppo la pulizia non è contemplata. Soprattutto in cucina, dove c'era ovunque unto e polvere. Pavimento appiccicoso. Pensare che basterebbe poco per renderlo un ottimo posto, visti i prezzi di Reykjavik.
La posizione non è il massimo ma questo si sa quando si prenota. Vicino però ci sono varie fermate che lo collegano al centro.

It's more like a glorified hostel than a hotel! I think few people live there and the kitchen always smells like the food being cooked! Bathroom are not so clean. I find everything above okay for the price though! Very unsympathetic communication and that deserves only 1 star!

Very friendly staff, the rooms are very spacious for their price. Lots of reviews talk about a smell but it’s only because there’s a shared kitchen in both floors where people make food, but honestly a great place to stay and the staff was very hospitable and kind. Good choice for those who don’t want to stay in a small room for a more expensive price.

We can certainly not recommend this guesthouse. Firstly, our pillows and sheets were extremely dirty to the point where we were disgusted to sleep on them. Secondly, many of the facilities both in the room (e.g. TV) and in the bathrooms/kitchen were broken and were unable to be used. Lastly, entire guesthouse is run down and has a thick smell of cooking filling all the rooms. Upon requesting a refund, the manager was rude, texting us "don't you think it was worth it?" and arguing back about our complaints. Moreover, the manager canceled our reservation via Booking.com to make it seem like we had never even stayed at the guesthouse. We are still waiting for our refund, which is nowhere in sight. Our messages to the guesthouse have neither been answered by text nor via the Booking.com messaging service. A horrible experience - never again!!!

Era uno dei più convenienti nella zona, quindi non aspettarsi niente. Lift che non funziona, docce non proprio pulite, ma un letto comodo. Quanto basta per aspettare il giorno dopo e poter prendere il Van.

More of a “halfway house” than a hotel.
Terrible smell in the building and kitchen. Rooms are a bit dirty. Kitchen and washrooms are filthy.
Great location, and good sized rooms though, and decent price, if you don’t mind the gross washrooms and kitchen.

Lousy treatment by the manager, dirty rooms, bathrooms in total disrepair, thank God it was the last day in Iceland just to spend the night and catch the flight to my destination.

But the abusers of the hostel have charged me two additional fees of 65,50 and they don't answer emails and text messages.
