Mały ale ustronny dworzec Autobusowy w stolicy Islandii. Obsługa bardzo pomocna, mini gastronomia na miejscu. Toaleta bez zarzutów, informacje na ekranach, komunikaty głosowe bardzo dobrek jakości

Very efficient service and super clear instructions. The buses are equipped with Wi-Fi, some of the buses have USB/ USBC port for charging your devices. It's about 45 min from the terminal to the airport depending on the trafic. I would 100% recommend.

One of best experience ever. I slept on the ground in the front of the bus terminal and around 3:00 am random guy came to open the station.... Epic, buses are clean, best choice for environment, prices.... A little over but Iceland is just somewhere else with wedges. 🇮🇸👍👌👆

I got a transfer from Grandi CentralHotels (Stop 15) this morning to KEF Airport with, Flybus Plus - Hotel to Airport. The Bus from Stop 15 was late.

When arriving at BSI. The staff had 53 people shoved onto one bus then put like 10 people on the second Bus. I don’t think 52 people on the first bus with luggage was safe. The weight ratio was too much to ensure the safety of the bus.

There was no tolerance for error. It was also not comfortable. It’s going to take longer to get to the airport because the bus driver has to drive really slow so the bus doesn’t flip over!

The staff of the second bus was just standing around. I asked, IGA (Fly Bus), what’s the plan this is inefficient. Why wouldn’t the buses be loading at the same time? She stated, “I’m doing my job, and ignored me. The bus driver when putting my bag aboard ignored me.

When getting a transfer from the Airport it’s no problem. The staff is polite, consistent, and professional.

It’s seems with the culture it’s relaxed until you ask questions. If it doesn’t make sense or something goes wrong the culture gets really stubborn even if it doesn’t make sense or what’s happening isn’t aligned with the business plan/mission.

I have noticed this in Scandinavian/Nordic Culture!

BeWare of how many people are on the Bus to the AirPort! If they’re more than 40 I wouldn’t get in the bus it’s not safe!

The bus station is a key link between the airport and the city, as well as the main departure point for tours outside Reykjavik. There is a shop with souvenirs and some quick snacks and coffee. Convenient services, airport tickets can be purchased from machines. There are several bus stops around the city, and if you're traveling to or from the airport, you can book a bus that picks you up from one of these stops and bring you to the bus station, where you will have to transfer to the airport bus.

One stop service for all. If you are planning to visit Reykjavik, I would recommended using this bus station.

It also provide booking service for northern light and other activities. Don’t bother with third party, just go straight to this place.

BSI Terminal in Reykjavik is the main transport hub for buses, especially for those coming from or heading to the airport. It’s functional and straightforward, with a small café inside if you need a quick bite or coffee while waiting.

If you’re coming from Keflavik Airport, you have two main bus options:
• Bus No. 55 – This is the public bus, more affordable but takes longer and has multiple stops. Good if you’re not in a rush.
• Skybus (Flybus) – A direct, more convenient option that takes you straight to BSI. It’s pricier but faster and more comfortable.

One nice touch is that they have a pure Icelandic water filter for free, so you can refill your bottle with some of the cleanest water in the world. Just a heads-up—the toilet costs ISK 200, so keep some coins or a card ready. The terminal itself is nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. If you’re heading to other parts of Iceland, it’s a key stop for tours and connections. Just make sure to check bus schedules in advance, especially in winter!

A bus terminal that has a small locker area so that the hundreds of people that get dropped off, have nowhere to put their luggage because everything is full. I love the Flybus but this terminal seemed way under equipped for the amount of people traveling through it
