Ég beið í þrjá klukkutíma fyrir utan smáratorg eftir að fyrirtækið sagði 20 mínutna bið og þurfti að sofa úti.

Excellent.
Chauffeurs très aimables presque des amis avec qui l’on ferait volontiers des kilomètres en covoiturage. Nous expliquent les paysages croisés entre l’aéroport et la ville et nous aiguillent vers des activités à faire. Bref, adorables et mention particulière à Frissi.
Je recommande cette compagnie de taxis à 100%

I cannot thank enough Dan from BSR taxi.
We were due to be picked up by Hreyfill taxi at 7.30am to be dropped to our tour pick up location. They never showed up despite multiple calls. After 30 minutes waiting, we contacted BSR. Dan was our driver and he did everything, including talking to the tour company to ensure we didn’t miss our tour. We are extremely thankful for him going above and beyond to help us.

I booked a taxi with them and they came 10 minutes before the scheduled time waited for two minutes and never called to let me know they were outside. Then trying to reach someone on the phone took another 15 minutes. Although it was a bad experience the person on the phone was helpful, and helped me get another taxi last minute. If you do decide to book with them for a cheaper alternative call the day before to confirm I booked four days before my scheduled day and confirmed by email, but double check if you do.

We had a taxi with another company booked very early in the morning, which didn't show (City Taxi). Someone from this company (BSR, Ingunn) happened to drive past while dropping off a previous passenger and then she came back to check we'd got our taxi (we hadn't) and ran us to the bus station. Meant that we made the bus and therefore our flight - very grateful, would highly recommend

The driver was on time, and helpful. He readily jumped out of the car to put my suitcase in on pick up, and take them out at our destination. He migrated to Iceland a few years ago and speaks excellent Icelandic and English.

His cab was modern and clean. I was able to book the cab online. The price was very reasonable, particularly given they don't have competition from ride-share companies such as Uber.

I highly recommend the service.
